We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling technology consulting services at the enterprise level, identifying and nurturing new client relationships, and articulating compelling value propositions.

They have a playbook for selling technology consulting services and know from firsthand experience what works and what doesn’t. They can successfully identify and connect with new clients to drive opportunities from sales pursuit to closing. They bring expertise and real-world learning to our team. They are passionate about solving clients' problems and helping deliver valuable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and lead a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Execute a proven playbook to identify and nurture new business, resulting in a consistent pipeline of opportunities
    • Provide discipline to the sales process as an expert on technology services sales best practices
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively generate and build new client relationships, emphasizing enterprise clients, to identify and close business opportunities. Strategies may include prospecting, networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients, understand their needs, and align our services to best meet them. Support our Principal Consultants in expanding business opportunities with current clients.
  • Collaboration: Ensure alignment across Bitovi on messaging, service offerings, and client engagement strategies, as well as related execution. Collaborate with management and marketing to articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition, determine rates, and align forecasting.
  • Sales Reporting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales pursuit activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports and forecasts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities, as well as effectively position our services.
  • May manage or supervise team members.
  • Travel is required. Approximately 25%.

Qualifications:

  • Min of 6 years of sales experience in technology professional services
    • Experience finding and pursuing sales with new clients in the professional services space
    • Experience crafting and negotiating deals with enterprise clients in the professional services space
  • Experience delivering technology services is a benefit
  • Bachelor’s degree


Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven track record driving business growth for technology consulting services
  • Established footprint and network in the technology services space
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Empathy first mentality with clients
  • Ability to navigate political waters, read the room, and influence
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently to develop and execute initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
